Description:
The seminar intends to provide participants with information about European cross-border procedure and applying foreign law in labour law and social security law cases. It aims to discuss questions and problems concerning jurisdictional issues, establishing applicable law, recognizing decisions and international cooperation.
Target audience:
Open to judges, prosecutors, court referendaries, judge's assistants.

Application procedure:
All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.
Participation:
Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
