Description:
The main concern of the seminar is the judicial cooperation with Great Britain in family law cross-border cases after Brexit. The seminar aims to provide participants with information on Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community (2019/C 384 I/01) and its implications for parental responsibility.
Target audience:
Open to judges, prosecutors, judge's assistants.

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.
Participation:
Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online platform to which they receive access. After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
