PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

EU Regulation 2018/1805 of 14 Nov. 2018 on the mutual recognition of freezing orders and confiscation orders entered into force in 19 Dec. 2020. As a new mean of European criminal law applied directly, it raises many questions and problems. The subject of the seminar concerns procedure of issuing freezing and confiscation orders, recognition and executions of issued orders and discussion about current practical issues.

Target audience:

 Open to prosecutors

 

 

Application procedure: 

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.

Participation:

Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online  platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
