Description:
The course deals with the topic of "predictive justice", i.e. the possibility of predicting the outcome of a judgement by means of mathematical algorithms. It considers the possibility of assessing the chances of substantiation/unfoundedness of a legal problem in relation to a specific question of fact and/or law in dispute, by processing complete, updated and available judicial data. Since the use of artificial intelligence is now an accepted reality in all scientific fields, it is therefore fair to ask whether, and within what limits, even in the field of legal proceedings "predictive justice" may have a place, in the light of these developments.

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.
Participation:
Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online platform to which they receive access. After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
