Description:
The seminar will focus on introspection and getting aware of personal dimensions within a systemic approach framework by means of emotional agility mindset and organizational behaviour practices. By the end of the seminar participants will be able to:- identify and manage their emotional and behaviour dynamic in professional and personal environment;- be aware of and build healthy personal and professional relationships;- explore the impact of the professional environment on themselves.

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.
Participation:
Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
