PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

At the seminar various topics regarding particularly vulnerable children and defenceless persons will be addressed, e.g. characteristics of reasoning, speech and social understanding in children of different ages from the viewpoint of developmental psychology, treatment of people with autism in the context of crime, the complexity of collecting personal evidence/material evidence when defenceless persons are involved, relationships between parents, children and medical practitioners in the health care of children. Other key topics will also include certain aspect of sexual crimes and a case study.

Open to judges and prosecutors

 

 

Application procedure: 

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.

Participation:

Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online  platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
