These decisions involve fundamental rights and constitutional guarantees. The webinar aims to provide an initial analysis of the litigation experienced in different jurisdictions through a comparison of practitioners and academics. A Covid-19 Litigation database will also be presented. Such litigation will have a wide relevance in the coming years and this first webinar aims to open the discussion among judges, lawyers and academics and all legal practitioners interested in the topic.
