Description:
A day and half training focused on the person of a leader. Participants will be involved in interactive workshops and group-works, will be given a key role in discussing the cultural context of personal leadership, issues of managerial ethics and emotional intelligence. They will have the opportunity to do so with professional experts and psychologists who will assist them with self assessment tests and provide them with professional feedbacks and evaluation.

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.
Participation:
Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
