Description:
Training to judicial leadership should support judicial leaders, and especially Presidents of courts and
Chief prosecutors, in implementing effectively their tasks, by defining the future for the organisation, by
inspiring others through their commitment and enthusiasm and by acting as a role model. Communication by itself is a definition of leadership therefore for a leader to be effective they must be an effective communicator on all levels of their engagement.
This interactive 1.5. day seminar will cover general aspects of internal and external communication for leaders,
followed by practical examples and group work. One segment of the seminar will also be dedicated to communication with the media.
As the aim of the workshop is not only to enhance communication skills of the participants but to produce quality training.

Participation:
