Description:
Day and half training focused on the leaders’ capacities and skills to manage changes in courts and prosecution offices. Participants will be involved in a preparatory work, aimed at identifying concrete examples of changes in courts and prosecution offices and connected training needs. In Stockholm, participants will be involved in interactive groups work, guided by experts in change management, psychologists and facilitators. Starting from the concrete examples provided by the participants, the seminar will consider the impact of changes, and especially of technology, on courts’ and prosecution offices’ organization. Participants will be trained on how to steer the change and to deal, especially trough communication, with resistance to the change.

Participation:
