Description:
Specific issues included during the training: • definitions and types of error in medical art, issues of cause-effect relationship;• judicial and medical opinions, including team opinions in cases of medical error, correct formulation of questions to legal experts;• determining the directions of proceedings, securing evidence, including medical documentation;• legal classification of facts.

Application procedure:
All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.
Participation:
Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
