PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

Special reference to the minor victim. Special reference to the minor victim. The aim of the course is to analyse and identify good practices in the criminal investigation of crimes against sexual freedom, especially in the case of child victims, which requires analyzing complex and varied issues of undoubted legal, procedural and social topicality - as has been highlighted by the media interest in cases of multiple sexual assaults.  The assessment of evidence, the expert evidence of credibility of the testimony, pre-constituted evidence, secondary victimization, testimony psychology, indirect evidence, gender perspective, sexual violence in social networks, and perspectives of reparation from Restorative Justice will also be analysed and discussed.

Participation:
