TRAINING CONTENT AND TARGET AUDIENCE

 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Due to COVID 19, the training was re-design as an online session on Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters. 

Participants will be familiarized with the legal framework and lessons learned from the best practicioners in the field. Case scenarios and practical exercises will be part of the online training. 

The speakers will include Eurojust and EJN contact points. 

The training will focus on the mechanisms of issuing and responding to EAW, EIO, FO and MLAs requests. The case scenario used will be linked to Cybercrime. No need for specialization in this field.

Target audience: 

Judges and prosecutors from ALL MEMBERS Lithuania, Bulgaria and Czech Republic with some experience in judicial cooperation in criminal matters and/or in dealing with cross-border criminal cases. 

 

Application procedure: 

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.

Participation:

Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online  platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
