TRAINING CONTENT AND TARGET AUDIENCE

 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

One-day-and-a-half training based on a ‘learn-by-doing’ methodology. Prosecutors from all EU member States will be involved in a series of practical workshops addressing the crucial role of Prosecutors in upholding the rule of law in practice, working on case scenarios. The seminar will address the challenges to the Rule of Law the international standards of the Rule of Law related to the prosecution systems and will help the prosecutors understand better how does the independence and the autonomy, accountability and quality of prosecutors interact with the hierarchical or non-hierarchical prosecutorial systems. Participants will be assisted by international and national highlevel experts, from the academia as well as practitioners.
