TRAINING CONTENT AND TARGET AUDIENCE

 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Descripton:

Two day advanced level training focused on the right to a fair trial and the notion of effective remedies as a fundamental right (Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights, Article 47 of the EU Charter on Fundamental Rights).

The webinar will serve as a forum for the exchange of knowledge and best practices between judges and prosecutors from across the EU. Participants are expected to have some background knowledge of the subject. 

The training will be done in cooperation with Council of Europe and ECtHR experts

Target audience: 

Administrative, civil law and criminal law judges from all EU Member states
