Description:
Day-and-a-half training comprised of impulse lectures and discussion of basic principles and case law concerning administrative procedure and administrative (court) trial.
Participants will devote their time to the discussion of practical cases and selected issues in the field of procedural law with a definite comparative aspect and approach.
A special focus will be given on the new challanges of digitalization on the administration and the use of IT in Judicial Procedures.
All lectures and workshops sessions will be led by experienced practinioners and trainers, who will guide the selected Judges through the course of their work.
The training will also serve as a forum for the exchange of knowledge and best practices between Administrative judges from across the EU.

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.
Participation:
Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN on-line platform to which they receive access. After the event, reimbursment is processed via EJTN On-line Platform.
