TRAINING CONTENT AND TARGET AUDIENCE

 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

Two morning training sessions focused on the topics of EU Competition Law. The training aims at providing judges already dealing with competition cases and will be focused on the relationship between Competition Law and Sector Specific Regulation, digital economy, big data, innovation and inequalities, public and private antitrust enforcement.

Speakers are expert practitioners and trainers who will present their report on the selected issues according to a legal and economic perspective. 

The training will also serve as a forum for the exchange of knowledge and best practices between judges from across the EU.


   

 

Target audience: 

 Advanced Level for Administrative/Civil Judges/Prosecutor  .

 

Application Process: 

 All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution

Partecipation:

Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN On-Line Platform to which they receive access. After the event, reimbursment is processed via EJTN On-line Platform.
