Course Description

This conference is aimed at judges of all jurisdictions and at public prosecutors.It shows the problems connected with the construction of a judiciary in accordance with the rule of law and compares the developments of the legal systems in the Federal Republic of Germany and in the German Democratic Republic.There will be lectures, discussions and movie screenings.
